To obtain medical marijuana in Florida, you must have a qualifying medical condition as determined by a state-approved physician. Not everyone is eligible. The law does provide some flexibility for the doctor to determine if your health condition (i.e. chronic pain) is similar in nature to a disease specified in the law.
